What we hold

• Account: your email address and what you have bought.
• Billing: payment provider tokens, transaction references, amounts and dates. We never store card numbers or CVVs. Card data goes directly to the payment provider through fields we do not have access to.
• Product use: what you have opened, saved, and marked done.
• R3 Coach AI: your conversations, and a small named profile (first name, postpartum stage, feeding status, equipment, available time, household size, allergies, dislikes) which you can edit or clear.
• R3 Daily Autopilot: the configuration you entered and the execution records of its runs.

What advertising platforms get, and what they never get

We use Meta advertising tools. They receive a purchase value, a currency, a hashed email address, and standard browser identifiers.

They never receive, and we have built the system so that they cannot receive: breastfeeding or feeding status, delivery type, whether you had a cesarean, any reported symptom, body weight, waist or any measurement, uploaded photographs, pelvic floor information, anything you typed to R3 Coach AI, anything you configured in Autopilot, food allergies, or any medical note.

This is enforced in code: the tracking layer strips any field matching those categories before an event leaves the page, and logs it if one is ever attempted.

Processors

Payments: Tranzila and PayPal. Email: Resend. AI: a third-party model provider, which receives your messages solely to generate a reply. Hosting and storage providers hold the data described above.

Your choices

You can delete any AI conversation, clear your AI profile, disable Autopilot, cancel your membership, unsubscribe from email, and ask us to delete your account entirely. For the last one, write to support@r3-method.com.

Email

We send exactly two kinds of email: the one that opens your dashboard, and R3 Daily Autopilot results if you have switched it on. We do not email invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, trial notices, renewal notices or cancellation notices. All of that lives in your dashboard.
